Do you put ketchup in your chocolate milk too to make it match your red neck?

Not saying I gotta have ketchup on steak, but every once in awhile it's a nice change of pace. And it's beef. Of course it tastes good with ketchup.

In my defense I would never use steak sauce.

I guess if you're doing flank steak you can do whatever you want to it. Steak sauce on any other steak is just as bad as ketchup. If you're going to go that route at least make a nice horseradish sauce or something.

But the ketchup is right at hand at Outback.

So is a knife but that doesn't mean splitting your own throat is a good idea.

So is ketchup on steak actively offensive to you, or do you just feel like you're wasting time not eating a steak up to your standards?

It's actually offensive because a steak is great on its own so long as you dont cook it like an idiot. I don't use anything on it except for spices.

I agree totally. 9 out of 10 steaks I eat are basically naked, cause rare flesh is its own reward. But ketchup on steak is still nice on occasion.
