Yeah see this is just a general discussion that you're inflating with sarcasm. Not really trolling. You've got to cut to the heart of something or other that will actually make me feel angry and cuckolded. It would probably be easier if you were capable of even talking about this with even the slightest amount of expertise, rather than be forced to settle for, "lol nerdz". Frown wasn't even trying but at least he made a funny with the sport=youngster comment.

see the thing is ive literally had this argument hundreds of times before, and you guys are just gonna cling to the idea that because it's a competition that requires skills it's a sport, which i disagree with. there's nothing new to add to the topic.

i understand that after decades of wedgies and wet willies nerds see this as their avenue to finally fit in with the masses, but it's pretty clear people just aren't gonna take it seriously. look at golf. how long has golf been around yet people still mock it all the time and say it's a fake sport. chad will always get attention at school for throwing 2 touchdowns in his varsity championship game, nobody is gonna suck your dick for being gold rank in LoL.

btw batty trying to convince someone they didn't work you up while writing a paragraph that screams i'm butt hurt really doesn't help sell it

nah she pretty much nailed it when she mentioned how flawed the term sport is when we're considering things like hunting and fishing to be a part of it.

the reason why i like the discussion is bc having people admit it's a sport does absolutely nothing for the legitimacy or public opinion of it and yet for some reason people will cry until the end of time that it should be classified as one.

I don't really care about esports being considered sports tbh. The two fanbases are clearly irreconcilable and calling both the same thing will probably never change that besides maybe getting LoL matches put on ESPN152 or whatever. I'm more amused at the thought that the term "sport" is clearly nebulous to the point of being nearly useless, which is what a right headed person should get from Ped's posts. And yet people still insist on defending "sport" until they're blue in the face.
