Went out on my new mountain bike for the first time and have a whole host of bruises now . It was ****ing great though.

My stomach feels like I am pregnant with a demon spawn. I drank some ginger tea but it did nothing. Went to the store for some Pepto and ginger ale but still not helping too much yet.
