Yes, and other than that for what you're taking and the potential consequences it's just silly. I nicked a packet of crisps from Asda when I was 12 and got arrested for it and spent the night in the cells, over a 20p packet of crisps. Shoplifting something that costs fuck all is utterly pointless.

At least if you do decide to be a thief then steal something worth stealing.
