There should be a special asshole tax on everything. If you're a dick to your server/cashier/customer service rep, you're taxed an extra 10% for being an asshole. People would learn some damn manners in no time.

edit: and a noisy/destructive child fee, $10 minimum.

I dig it. I've never had someone important to me die, but I've had many pets that have. It teaches you about loss, but when you get a new pet, it also teaches you that, while you can't replace a dead loved one, there is always a place in your life for another fulfilling relationship with it's own, unique character.
