While we tend to allow established, contributing members to post their work, we are not here to facilitate random people coming in and using this forum to promote themselves.

Other forums have overcome this problem by charging a fee to promote. This garners a few greenbacks for the website, retains order, flushes out the wannabees, and "provides a great service to unsigned artists"
