Toledo has a primarily black population? I always thought it was pretty white. A little googling confirms that the population is 70% white.

I don't know, seriously when I first looked at the picture I couldn't make heads or tails of what was supposed to be odd or funny about it. It took several posts for me to realize people perceived the logo as looking black and that for some reason they found that funny.

The area where the university is located is completely black. As you approach the suburbs it becomes white.
