However my understanding from reading up is that it's ideal to empty the bladder before beginning sex and that way you can be certain that the urge to pee is a sensation telling you that keep it up and you'll squirt. And it's not a case of pushing past it but more so relaxing into the concept that if you don't try and stop it you'll have one of the best orgasms or your life (so say). My statement about unacceptable fetishes was directly related to the socially confused opinion on female ejaculation.
