I can't configure my NAT Router anyway, I'm on a wireless connection and am attaching to my mom's connection (She has the Router). This is most likely a part of the reason Bitcomet has been ranging between
20 - 60kps. I would need to wait until she got home, ask her to use her computer, find what the house router is, and then find a way to unblock Bitcomet.

You probably won't get outrageous speeds on wireless.


In your Bitcomet prog, is there a way to look for open ports?

Maybe I'll just ask her to switch with me and give me the cable connection. What's a Bitcomet prog? What do you mean by looking for open ports? I still barely understand a lot of this stuff, as I am just learning right now.

Yea, if I were you, I'd see if I could wrestle the direct connection from her and give her the wireless hookup. You'll definitely benefit where speed is concerned.
