Somebody please talk me out of buying a harp on Amazon. I am close to doing it! But I need new books, not a harp. (I'm currently drinking wine while listening to folk ballads on the youtube, which is always a dangerous combination.)

Where is the best place to live? Let's say money is not a problem but you're by not exactly a billionaire.

I'm guessing somewhere with hot sunny weather, lots to do, nice scenery, big cities for the city lovers but also areas that are more rural so you have a choice. I'd say decent food but this is America, eating is what you do.
