Tibette. One couple. They did kissing, ****ing, romance all together. More importantly, they got into each other's pussies. Very fascinating if you ask me.

I do not. 36 Chambers, Tical, and Supreme Clientele are the only Wu albums I own.

Really. Interesting. I suggest you watch the show. Well I say Seasons 1 to 3. They were classics.

you need cuban linx.

ghost even said it in supreme clientele

'the purple tape' = cuban linx

when you say you 'own' these albums.... are you one of these people who pays for music?

simplephysics 06-09-2015 07:39 AM

Wu Tang Forever is also essential listening for any casual fan.

DwnWthVwls 06-09-2015 09:50 AM

Should definitely look into Liquid Swords..

John Wilkes Booth 06-09-2015 11:29 AM

yea @ both

honestly if someone were to only get 5 wu albums i would say get

36 chambers
forever
cuban linx
liquid swords
supreme clientele

Ninetales 06-09-2015 11:32 AM

fishscale > supreme clientele

John Wilkes Booth 06-09-2015 11:32 AM

I think Tical and Uncontrolled Substances are interchangeable with Supreme and Forever..

John Wilkes Booth 06-09-2015 11:39 AM

although for a comic book reader/metal listener like batlord, yea probably would prefer liquid swords to anything else

Cuthbert 06-09-2015 11:40 AM

Pretty Toney was the one that got me into Ghostface. Never really liked Ironman, and everyone had told me that was his best one.

i honestly own tical back from when i still bought cds... maybe i need to relisten to that **** before i comment but i really can't see any meth CD ****in with supreme clientele.. meth is a good rapper, he's very polished and all that, but ghost has so much more personality and depth to him

I don't necessarily disagree with that but Tical is a classic album. It's just one of those things you should hear and know.

John Wilkes Booth 06-09-2015 11:48 AM

yea i dunno i guess i didn't take to it or something

cause it's probably the least listened to wu album from that era for me

i'll try listening to it now and see what i think

DwnWthVwls 06-09-2015 11:48 AM

I mean honestly, and I've said this multiple times, I think La the Darkman - Heist of the Century could be on that list as easily as any of the others but it's just not a classic like the rest. I'd put it third on my personal list after 36 chambers and liquid swords. I sent it to you on skype but you never answered me so I'm guessing you never listened to it.

I'd take Tical over pretty much any Ghostface any day of the week. His voice, his persona, and the production and laid back atmosphere on the record are just like crack to me.

John Wilkes Booth 06-09-2015 04:28 PM

yea you have **** taste in hip hop my friend

not even knocking that album but most of his previous albums were better and a few of his follow up albums were as well

but yea you're a brit so i can only expect so much out of you at the end of the day

spoken like a true ginger

John Wilkes Booth 06-09-2015 05:00 PM

honestly though i dont even get the point in calling that hip hop. it just sounds like any other weird frownlandish type **** you would listen to

Frownland 06-09-2015 05:10 PM

That sounds nothing like Captain Beefheart dude. I call it hip hop because that's the genre Boom Bip & Doseone fall under but I guess there isn't really a purpose behind calling that hip hop. I have a hard time thinking of a good reason to call Public Enemy hip hop either, come to think of it.

This is so weird but I kind of enjoy it honestly.

DwnWthVwls 06-09-2015 06:08 PM

Thanks for distracting JWB with you bullish... Now he's never gonna listen to my rec which is actually good. :D

Frownland 06-09-2015 06:09 PM

Speaking of which, you check out that Woods album yet?

DwnWthVwls 06-09-2015 06:12 PM

Yessir, it's actually okay for me. I'll have to give it a more thorough listen, I had it playing while I was playing a game but I was still listening. It's not as abrasive as I thought it would be, and I heard some one liners that I found clever. I know you said it had some deep lyrics but I wasn't listening close enough to pick up on that.

6 or 7 outta 10, for now.
