Yes, I believe in love. Actual love though, I have only recently learned the difference, as in what love really is, rather than the lust, infatuation, or obsession we often mistake as being love. While I do think attraction is obviously important, love is something you have to work at, and sometimes it's hard and nervewracking and you have to make compromises you don't like but when you have it, and give it, to someone who gives it back to you and you are equals in that, then it is the best thing in the world. I've also had a lot of men who've claimed to love me, and it's the same story, obsession, infatuation, lust. To have someone love you for you, rather than making you into an idea, when they are seeing you as a real person,it's awesome.

If you're looking for serious answers then perhaps you should put more thought into your initial post. If you offer some insight and first explain what you believe on the subject then usually it will rub off on your responses when people see that you're actually being serious.

1. how long does it take after you've been dumped because your heart hurts?


2. You're still in a relationship but You've Lost that Loving Feeling and you are Trying To Get The Feeling Back Again because what you are really saying to us is " I Need To Be In Love."

ha that's funny, most relationships end up as train wrecks when the love is gone.

Few relationships have love in it to begin with, just lust and the desire to be next to someone for a short while 'till one morning and you wake up and you can barley stand the sight or smell of them the next day... I'm not jaded am I?

My post was not intended to sound pretentious, it was a combination of advice and constructive criticism. If you're going to act like a five year old whenever someone does offer criticism then you will find yourself in the fast lane to ban boulevard or at the very least, ostracized from any conversation on the forum.

What appears fitting to you appears to be acting like an aggressive dick in everyone else's eyes. That's the attitude which warrants a ban.
