I've missed out on amazing dresses which fit my ass, hips, stomach but not my chest.
I'm too young to be giving people life advice, but I'll try my best. I remember when I thought that I was getting too out of shape, so I started working out like crazy. After about half a week of being super active, I got too sore to keep up any kind of steady regimen, and ended up watching a bunch of horror comedies and binging on pizza instead. It's really tempting to want to jump in and make serious changes in your life, but it's usually much more effective to take things in moderation. You know, do a few push-ups and sit-ups every day, talk an occasional jog or walk, and every week or so you can add on a little bit more without getting overwhelmed.

Basically, if you do decide to make some changes in your life, I recommend taking things slow. And remember, you're a great person, and everyone on Music Banter loves you the way you are. We're all rooting for ya'!

Yeah, it's definitely got to be slow implementation. I'm not expecting instant results but I know for health reasons I need to be fitter and thinner. This was my smallest but I wouldn't want to be that small:

But it's a really nice picture of me that I want to get closer to, obviously that matches my age. I'm lucky that I look really young still.

Thank you very much for your advice, if anyone else has some tips I'd gladly apply them.

Have you tried boxing/kick-boxing? Great cardio, improves flexibility, does wonders for confidence, and you get to learn how to defend yourself in worst case scenarios. Plus, if you take a few classes, it's a good way to meet some new people. I'm not exactly a martial artist, but it's really satisfying to learn a few simple punches and kicks, and to just unload on a punching bag. Stress relief to the max.

Who was the goofball who seemed to think he was a kung fu master cause he took strip mall karate? Was it Pet Sounds?

But they're not Pet Sounds. I like to think of him going "KYAAA!" and trying to punch some goon trying to steal his lunch money, and then ending up face first in a toilet five seconds later. As you can tell, I'm a mean-spirited person.

All he needs is a talking dog, and he's on his way to making a wacky yet lovable coming-of-age sitcom! I mean, uh... don't make fun of Pet Sounds.

Jesus, Batty, It's not "strip-mall" karate. The guy's been at it almost fifty years and a lot of his students have gone in the ring. It's karate by name, but really MMA.

Does that mean you know Joe Rogan? I can never figure out if he'd be cool or a dick in real life.
