I found out, but google had to help me :D.
I usually edit afterwards by the way. I do that a lot. Multi quoting is no good for me. I just don't read topics all the way. I want to reply to THAT posting. Then I continue reading and hey, another posting. Usually I forget that I've already posted in the same topic so I just reply to that posting. When I remember, I usually copy it all to notepad. Eitherway, it's not that I refuse to, I just forget. And I am afraid it can take some time before I get the hang of it. That, I'm afraid, REALLY has something to do with autism. It really is hard for me to get an automatism going. But once I've got it, it's practically impossible for me to lose it. Which sometimes is handy (it makes me very good at certain things) but it can be a pain in the ass too... |
Aww I didn't realise that would affect it. That's okay, I won't pester you again thanks for doing your best. :)
I was only teasing anyway! |
No really, I don't mind you telling me. I will work on it no matter what.
I just want you to understand that I'm not lazy or disobedient. It just takes some time. Feel free to repeat it as many times as you want. I don't mind adapting, it just takes a little longer. :) |

It's not much, but...
http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/8610/hni0030g.jpg The view from my bedroom door. Beige is a common color in my house. My room used to have blue on the ceiling (?) before I moved in. http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/9443/hni0031a.jpg And the view from the other end. The fan is for in case it gets really hot at night. And I don't know why my mom placed that chair in there. :/ http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/271/hni0028b.jpg And another dresser, with some DS games, Final Fantasy XIII, a bit of my CD collection (read as my entire CD collection) , and some other crap. |
ughh i hate my talking voice |

you can't possibly assume that when posting something in this thread, especially a picture of something,is going to attract just positive responses. well. there's no point in arguing. ok, you got me. my hands are up now.
|
To tell you guys the truth, I rarely sleep in my bedroom. Those pictures showed how it was when I last entered it (after my grandmother took the room for one night). :/
Most of my time is spent in the lower floors of my house. |
Allright guys, here's a little tour through my new place.
It's definitely not done yet! I don't talk at all in this one. I just wandered around for a bit. My dad is talking. He's always talking to himself when he's working. Might be weird, but he definitely built me a nice flight of stairs :D |
I love that video, I've watched it 3 times now because of how smoothly you move with the camera, it feels like a serene version of 'House Of The Dead' on Dreamcast. And Also I like peeking at your house :p
|
Thanks :D
I wasn't quite satisfied about the smoothness myself. But compared some some video's on the web (not neccesarily the ones shown here) it's quite smooth. I used a photo camera so that isn't all that stable. I have been running around with camera's since I was... 8 or something. You learn how to move to make it smooth somehow. It's the same thing with pictures. I know how to support the camera with my hands, with my knee, or how to use objects to make stable pictures in low light conditions. It just happens when you do it a lot. By the way, the trick is to use your camera like you use your car brakes. You know when you drive up to a light, you want to stop the car without the 'bump' and it seems impossible. The trick is to keep the car rolling very, very slowly until it's almost completely stopped. Same goes for video. Just let the camera ease out slowly with every movement you make. You don't even need to keep it perfectly still. Have you noticed how on the BBC every documentary features a camera that moves slightly, all the time? It somehow works :) |
Welcome back sk.

I will be totally back at some point later this summer, or early this autumn. |
Just made one with my new crib
|
Aw, fudge. I still need to do my tour. Not that it's horribly exciting, mind. But it'll let you all know that there's more to my abode than a room with movie posters and a white dresser.

Made a video of my new house.
It's not comparable to the old one. No montage, just walking around with the camera. So I'll make a better video later, but the house isn't at all done anyway, so this is just a quickie :) I'm sorry for the sound quality every now and then. They've positioned the microphone right where my fingers are :) |
Awesome pad!
|
So far :D.
It'll only get better. |
^^^^^Nashville Skyline, good album.
