^ Nice rat pic! And thanks; I'll try to watch out for that Album Club pick.

Because I like you, and because you appreciated my rat pic, I'll let you know it's due to begin being listened to May 29.

Mark it in your diary.
Also, I already reviewed it in "Love or Hate?" If I can find it I'll shoot you a link.

Found it, but it's pretty short. Anyway, I'll do a more in-depth one for the Album Club when it comes up.

Jonathan Demme dead at 73.

Did ya know that The Silence of the Lambs is only one of three movies to win all top five awards at the Oscars? Picture, Director, Actor, Actress, and Screenplay.

He also directed The Talking Head's "Stop Making Sense".

Just saw him last month at a retrospective of his films.
They started off with Swimming to Cambodia on the 23rd and
ended with Cousin Bobby on the 26th with him giving a talk on the 24th.

Two of my favorite films. I'm sad.

Philadelphia is also a gem. Made somewhat in response to some of the negative backlash towards TSOTL's negative transgender theme.
