I don't think it's impossible for any situation to be handled with wit. Abu Ghraib was not one of those cases, but I can see how they could be satirized in a tasteful way. I'm not saying that tasteless jokes don't exist, I'm saying that nothing is off limits for those who can appropriately approach it.

I know. I also fail to see how making puns relating to someone's discography is mocking them. Better go alert the media before they accidentally spit on Tommy's grave with a headline.

I'm actually not saying that's the problem (though I don't personally agree with it): my point is that you basically lauded Uncle Salty for doing what I did, admittedly in a lot more depth and with more thought put into it. It was as if he was the only one to object, which I was pointing out was not the case. I don't really care to be honest; just wanted to set the record straight, not that you care.
