Well, that's really sad about John Prine.

His debut album has a wonderful collection of songs on it, many of which turned into classics. Rather to MB's shame, we never had a thread dedicated to John P, though he turned up sometimes on people's lists of "Best this" or "Favourite that." It'd be weird to open a thread now, right?
