When I was younger and stayed home from school (skipped) I watched Regis & Kelly when I made breakfast. I had a heart attack at first because I thought it was Karl O'Connor (Regis).

Are they grouped together or reduced down to suicide on the death certificate?

Regardless, in essence I think you're correct. If you're popping pills like that generally, some level of suicidal ideation is probably involved.
