I really like the message behind this commercial and it's a good pick me up from time to time when I watch it.

I have this thing called a Buddha Board. It helps me be calm because I can write everything negative on it and it disappears.
Or I can draw something pretty and take a picture to keep forever.

It's basically a board that you paint on with water. When the water dries, the painting disappears. It's wonderful.
