I just wanted to make sure of the rules. Last year they did the nominations first, and someone had to get at least two nods to get considered for the actual voting which started once all the people who had been successfully nominated had been revealed. Is that still the case?

F*ck that. I'm literally counting people getting mentioned in each category and finding a winner. If 28 different people get nominated once for one category then we have a 28 way tie.
