Well after over 17 years we'd gotten to be friends and would share what was going on in our lives during my visits. She has a kid that's also messed up in the head so we'd talk about that a lot and kinda lean on each other.

If I'm in the area I'll definitely stop in to say hi. She's a bud.

tfw you really need to cut down on your drinking because you're starting to notice everything you were warned about by every doctor you've ever seen about your mental status and you're definitely not ready for full-blown schizophrenia.

tfw you're at work and literally start laughing at nothing several times a day and everyone who once knew you as a stoic really thinks you've gone off the deep end

tfw you actually can't regulate the majority of your emotions so you're basically an emotional kaleidoscope and when you speak you feel like you echo, and you don't like the way some people look at you when you're speaking

especially one person in particular with the very strangest eyes you've ever seen in your life

tfw you've had to deal with a low buzzing/static noise in your head all day and don't know where it came from or why it's there

More thought was put into the ticket than the roses. I get flowers, but why roses? It's the most boring kind of flower to get, it's like saying "You seem like a shallow female who likes what every other female likes." Way more beautiful flowers out there that I would rather get than ****ing red roses.

If some mother****er does get me roses, they better be blue.
