Man, on the real... such a big difference between misanthropy and nihilism. I'm definitely not a misanthrope. I don't hate **** for not mattering, it just is the way it is.

Don't be a prick.

I've had horrible experiences on both sides of the fence and it always ends up being horrible because the other person was a huge twat.

nailed it right here

This isn't hate. Hate implies emotion. This is impersonal malevolence.

Pretty much everyone who walks in the door. *ba dum tiss*

But seriously, the only people who require assistance at our store are usually
  • fat people that have gotten caught in small garments
  • people who need to see something in the jewelry case, then decide not to buy it after being told it's not "real" gold or whatever (well, no fucking shit, idiot)
  • people who have ripped/peeled price tags off and are looking for a "better" deal (e.g.; "this doesn't have a price on it! I need to know how much it is!")
  • inattentive parents that have somehow misplaced their children
  • crazy people who don't know how to take a hint
  • ????

Customers are the worst. But they are the reason you get paid so I forgive them.

They're really just numbers to me. I'm there to sell them products and get them to donate their stuff. I'm there to manipulate them into growing my company because that quarterly bonus looks so good in my wallet.

Unless they have a dog with them. Then we're cool.

I don't think I've ever sassed a customer for no reason. But they certainly think they're in the right for sassing us for no reason.

...when you get home and see that your mother has changed your bedsheets for you. Thanks, mom!

That feeling when some dude at work with the hots for you blares static-x in a likely attempt to prove how metal he is... and you return with the most evil **** on your device.

Petty? Totally. What can I say, castration is a favorite pasttime.

That feeling of being forceably kicked out of your home on the internet because you had to be a badass and get a big girl job! Booo!

GuD 07-23-2014 05:50 PM

You get off of work and no one wants to sit next to you on the bus because you smell like grease, onions, and garlic from work. I gotta start bringing a change of clothes...

RoxyRollah 07-23-2014 05:54 PM

That moment when you realize your homeboy trolls the city bus for booty....
