I wonder if they called themselves Coldplay after they realized that the only way they could ever get someone to listen to them without getting up and leaving the room is if the person's dead.

To be fair, it seems like the only way you'll listen to an artist is if they're dead.

the pain of knowing that most of my favorite artists are dead or dying is just as great as my love for them.

Just unfortunate circumstances, I suppose.
