At work I had, all at once, at least three people who denied flu vaccines because they supposedly only became sick when they got vaccines. I tried to tell them about herd immunity, they ignored me, and I guarantee you they weren't even educated enough to know about basic vaccine denial dogma. Try dealing with ignoramuses who aren't even educated enough on the nonsense they spout for you to even refute their nonsense.

The term "Dunning-Kruger Effect" is constantly going through my head at times while talking to these people, but there's no possible way I could even utter the phrase out loud without twenty retards taking offense after it takes me twenty minutes to explain the concept to them.

I swear to god I actually like these people for the most part when they aren't flailing at intellectual discussion.

Oh Jesus Christ today they were talking about some pedophile case in the media and I was hearing some ideas about consent that were making me question our species.
