Organic generally means that the food was grown without the use of chemical pesticides and is non-GMO.

subway sandwich.. I call it "The Mindful" ..... Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, turkey but deluxe meat, little bit of lettuce, little bit of spinach, and jalapenos ....
