I'm eating carrots and 3 fuji apples, chia seeds into my berries blended with water. Plus two kind bars and a can of pineapple

@mindful Have you ever tried making chia seed pudding? Super easy - I just measure out like 1/8 cup chia seeds into a bowl, fill it with coconut milk until all the seeds are covered, and refrigerate overnight. Sometimes I'll add honey or vanilla to sweeten it but it's also good by itself. Sometimes I'll add nuts and berries too.

I never tried that and sounds good

I thought about buying chocolate almond milk and granola cereal to eat as a whole meal since its so much sugar in it :/

I prefer unsweetened almond milk, so I've never tried chocolate. But protip: Silk brand almond milk is waaaayyyyyy better than Almond Breeze. Trust me.

Okay thanks, I wonder if I would like the unsweetened because I bet the chocolate almond milk is high in calories then too.
