It's more of a measure of how the human body processes food than a tangible thing like fat or sugar. My (barely verified, non-expert) understanding is that if something is more nutritional, then less of it is converted into fat. With something like sugar that lacks nutrients, virtually all of it is burned or turned into fat.

Im having some tortellini with peas/spaghetti squash in a mushroom/pepper tomato sauce topped with a good amount of nutritional yeast. I wish i had spinach to throw into the mix :X

For desert I have dark chocolate topped with honey butter and crushed chia/flax/hemp seeds.

I found a new way to prepare coffee.. I ran out of coconut milk and had to improvise:

-Add whip cream, a dash of sugar, and cinnamon to coffee mug
-Pour coffee and stir rigorously
-ENJOY

Im having peanut butter on bread and 2 cans of pineapples

I have a bunch of carrots and some cliff bars that have too much sugar in them. 2 nut bars left too.

I have a weird relationship with cornbread. I like it but also find it to be kind of offensive and don't want it in my stuffing.
