That's a Lamb Casserole....New Zealand Lamb as French Lamb is twice the PRICE...
Simple meal with left over Lamb
Sliced and add a tin of Tomatoes and some Gravy as well..Any Veggies that you like and I onion.Pepper and Salt to taste..Herbs de Provence also. Cook for at least 30 mins on a Medium Heat..Then Add precooked sliced Potatoes for on the Top...
Very Tasty for sure... so in the Oven again for 45 minutes or until the Potatoes are Crispy on the Top.

Looks like tonights gonna be a good dinner. The Polish deli around here usually has Lamb Stew and it's really good.

I can see doing them if a person doesn't mind, but I'm not a fan. I like being the cook with someone else to do the dishes. My fish are terrible at it.

A coworker asked for my recipe for Chicken Corn Chowder that he tried a few weeks back so I had to sit down and think about it and write it all out, which I've never done yet, so here it is if anyone wants to make some or expand on it:

Planks Crock Pot Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg boneless chicken breasts (about 1-½ - 2 lbs)
  • 1 large can Cream of Chicken soup (26 oz)
  • 1 pkg chicken gravy mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsps. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsps. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • ½ can beer
  • 1/3 pkg cream cheese
  • 1 can fire roasted corn - drained (14 oz)
  • 1 can mixed peas and carrots - drained (14 oz)
  • 1 can diced potato’s - drained (14 oz)

Directions:
  1. Turn crock pot on high.
  2. Mix all spices and place in bottom of crockpot.
  3. Mix chicken broth and gravy in a large cup.
  4. Place chicken on spices.
  5. Cover chicken with large can of soup, gravy mix, and beer.
  6. Cook covered on high for 3 hours.
  7. Open crock pot and break chicken apart into small pieces.
  8. Stir in cream cheese.
  9. Pour in cans of veggies/potato’s and stir.
  10. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 more hours.
  11. Serve with sour dough bread. *optional but tasty*

You score the salmon to get the skin side seasoned better, just like Gordon says. Once I learn how to plate food elegantly I'll be unstoppable

So, what are you eating right now?-img-6380.jpg
