One of Cummings' best pieces.

I need to try some decent sushi. I can tell I would like it and I want to eat it until I explode.

Only had some basic stuff from supermarket so far.

Just make sure that the place you go to has a good, fresh supply (idk how it is out there, but usually the closer you are to the ocean, the better the sushi is). Don't waste your time with rolls tbh, go straight for the nigiri and sashimi.

I'm probably in the city furthest away from the ocean in the whole of Britain tbf.

I've had the rolls I think with rice and they are wrapped in seaweed? They were nice.

It's definitely something I want to try more of.

Word. Rolls are good (especially hand rolls, way different animal though), but if you're going to a sushi joint then get the best that they have to offer. WWWP is right too, omakase is dope so long as you can afford it and you're not at a ****ty restaurant. Tuna and salmons are good starters for a beginner, but my favourites are eel, mackerel, squid, yellowtail, toro, and halibut.

Eat all of the green paste that they give you in one bite.
