I like fruit, but I can't eat all that much without feeling some sort of weird fruit-overload where I feel a craving for some "real" food. Like it doesn't feel that substantial as a food.

Shrimp Scampi and a salad.

I followed Emerils recipe but used smaller shrimp, a little less butter, angel hair pasta, and topped it with crumbled Parmesan Reggiano. The kind of meal where you bask in the afterglow. I still have a huge bowl left over for tomorrow, since I couldn't possibly fit any more in my body. I tried though. oof
