I've been drinking a lot of carrot juice. So now every day I'm making myself have a banana, an apple, two tangerines, and a 12oz carrot juice before 12pm. Give me all the vitamins! I think next week I'm going to add ginger to my batch of carrot juice for added nutrition.

Also I tried this over the weekend and I highly recommend to everyone:

My morning smoothie lately is - Frozen mix of strawberries blueberries raspberries and cherries, beets, and water.

Lunch today is a quinoa kale salad with peppers and apples diced up and having a midday snack of oatmeal and a banana.

Think ima do some kind of stirfry over rice and beans for dinner tonight.
