Started smoking again for about a day before I got sick of it. Didn't take long. But start no cigs again tomorrow. Oh well. Still pushing to go strong.

When I tried to quit the first few times if I smoked one I instantly going through a pack a day...stupid.

One thing about quitting smoking is the withdrawal isn’t that strong but it’s persistent. It took me a long time not to want a smoke from time to time. It’s so exiebdive now. That has to be a huge deterrent.

I have a special Florida anti-crotch-rot system. After work spray balls down with cold water no soap, air dry with fan, then in the morning wash with moisturizer. Dry completely use tons of baby powder. Also, alternatate between corn starch and talc.

I wash my balls with soap every morning but twice a day is too much of a good thing. No matter what kind of soap I use, twice a day creates desertification. Leaving some natural body oil is part of the healing.
