Yeah I missed him in Chicago 6 weeks back as was going to The Antlers that night, so delighted to have another opportunity, my girlfriend absolutely loves his music too so it is doubling nicely as our 9 month anniversary date!

Worked, talked to some friends and my girl while she is at work. Bored. Tired.

Last night I drunkenly tried to open a tin of tuna with a knife as I had no tin opener. The knife slipped and I cut the webbing between my index finger and thumb on my right hand. Luckily I am left handed so I escaped the worst but it is very sore and I cannot roll.

Yikes!

That blows, man.

Tonight, I'm doing one of three things.
1.) Going over to my buddy's house and hanging with his girlfriend and another friend and sharing a couple of bottles of Pinot Grigio while watching Arrested Development.
2.) Heading up to Huntington with the same group of people to drink some PBR at our favorite bar, and maybe hear a local band.
3.) Heading up to Huntington with the same group of people to check out an open mic night at one of our favorite bars - which has a $5 all-you-can-drink PBR special.

No matter which happens, I'm down.

Just home from Jeremy Messersmith, he played a fantastic intimate set and myself and my girlfriend had a chat with him after, he thanked us and expressed his surprise that we knew all they lyrics and sang along with them. Was unbelieveable, incredibly nice guy as well.
