My stepdad sent my mom flowers just because and I brought them in and remarked at how lovely they were or something like that. She looked around to make sure no one else was listening and brought her face a bit closer to mine. "You know how to get a guy to give you flowers like that?" I shook my head no.
She smiled, then said very softly, "You have to swallow."

Today wasn't a very good day for me. In case you've managed to stave off the urge to snore long enoughto read through one of my posts, then you'll know that I'm currently starting in a new school. I have a few friends there, and I was hoping I could join their group and have some decent school friends for once. The trouble is, I don't really like the people they hang with. They're really loud, goofy and immature (which is exactly what some of my last friends who I secretly hated were like) and they don't seem to acknowledge my existence. Also, they're nearly all boys, and I suck at getting along with other men, especially when they're already in their own little enclave with their own little cliques and bonds with no time for newbs. My supposed friends also seem to give me barely any attention as well, which is making me consider just how friendly I really am with them. Sorry to go depressed teenager on you all, but sometimes you just need something to open yourself up to.

But it's not all bad news, I guess. Maths and History look to be two very boring subjects, but I have really high hopes for English. There's a kid in my form who seems like a really nice guy, and on the induction day I got on really well with his friends, so I might try and go around with them tomorrow. I also caught up with a girl who I haven't spoken to in... 6 years? Something like that. She used to be my mom's favourite little girl in my old school class until she went to secondary school and started doing wild things and smoking, but i've always liked her and thought it was a shame I kind of lost my friendship with her. It was really nice to talk to her again.

Well, I bought an iPad today.

Decided to go for it now, even though my chances of getting one with old enough firmware to jailbreak it were pretty slim.

I lucked out. Got it at a Target that has an Apple store just a block away - I figured they move their iPad inventory pretty slowly. Got it home to find 4.3.3 firmware. Jailbreak took 10 seconds, and now I'm download apps like mad. Sweet

I know it's just the cyclothymia, but I'm feeling a lot more hopeful and happy for my new school now. I think I'm starting to get accepted.

just playing deus ex until I have a car today then I am doing something. i love listening to sludge metal while playing video games. makes me happy.

so far its been interesting and has made me laugh. esp when i was trying to swap my guitar for a drum set. the dude didnt wanna do it because he knows my ex and doesnt trust me because she said im crazy. then my cousin tells me that my ex is dating someone new and I said cool good for her and said to her friend good for britt shes got a new guy. that turned into a back n forth thing with her asking where i heard that and that she isnt etc. I said oh well nvm then but w.e haha.

now listening to music ****ing around with deus ex
