The idiot from down stairs knocked on my door wanting to borrow 'a couple of knives' so he could break into his rooom 'cause he'd locked himself out. I told him to **** off, not literally, 'cause I didn't want to have to use them for eating after he'd used them to jimmy his door open. I aslked him if he wanted me to ring the landlord and he said 'no. I'm not paying £25.' I was gobsmacked 'cause when a guy locked himself out a few months ago and the landlord came round at 10 pm I thought he was just being nice now I've found out he charges £25 to come let somoene in who's locked themselves out. I had a spare key cut for the other room I was in which I hid under thw shower room lino and have told the guy I swapped rooms with about luckily this room isn't a yale lock so the problem won't arise.

You have high blood pressure as well. I you need to watch your diet, do exercise and worry a bit less (I know the last part is not that easy)
