I did a bit of research and found out that there was a separate Mason group created called Prince Hall but they don't restrict black people from joining the Blue Lodge the main one. Yeah, I think there's two different lodges. One split from the other over letting black people in, so there's one that does and one that doesn't.

And I can understand not letting women in. I went to an all boys boarding school, and it's just an entirely different environment with no girls. I know **** all about the masons, but I imagine that if they have a certain atmosphere there, then allowing women could very well change it. Not saying that I would want to join some "ol' boys club", but I can appreciate why they might not want women.

I know someone who went to an all girls boarding school here, K-12, and she said the exact same thing. Although she also says it's still strange to have classes with guys and talk to guys, because she didn't have men in her life growing up.

Is today Monday, it is right? If so I was supposed to be starting my new job today (which will last about a month tops as I'm going to Uni) but due to the incompetence of the owners - who are opening a restaurant with no prior experience in the sector - my start date and the restaurant opening date have been moved to Thursday.
I had to contact them last night to find this out, they were just going to keep me in the dark. Jeez. I'm glad this is only going to be a short term vacancy if it's actually a vacancy at all. Who knows?

I just spent my weekend at Þjóðhátíð, which is the Icelandic equivalent of Glastonbury but on a volcanic island instead of a county field. My god was it amazing. For such a tiny county Iceland sure seems to be able to put out a lot of great musicians and while a British festival full of drunk 20-somethings would be full of misery and nastiness over here it was endless fun. Well worth the huge amount of money I spent on it all and the couple of years I've probably taken off my life by joining in with it.

Black people can join the Blue Lodge(the one you think doesn't let them in) but it all depends on the location of the Masonic Temple. They decide on members by vote and if one person votes no then it's over. So, if there is one racist person on the panel and he votes no then the black person doesn't get in but there ARE black people in that lodge.

ok so for work we all got ipads today and we had a little training session of like 10 ppl this evening (there were 15 groups spread out over different days and stuff). so its not uncommon for me to meet new ppl at work even if we have both been workin there for a long time because my job doesnt require me to be in the office much.

so im sittin there and dude this chick looks EXACTYLY like amy brooke (pornstar). like sooo much alike (post boob job). shes got short shorts on and a tshirt that isnt revealing but that sweater meat just wanna burst thru the chest of the tshirt. so anyways she introduces herself to the room and she sounds EXACTLY like amy brooke. then she laughs and the laugh (which is kinda distinctive but maybe i just watch a lot of her porn) sound EXACTLY like amy brookes laugh. dude she WAS amy brooke if i didnt know better. the meeting sucked and was meant for old ppl and their tech issues so for 3 hours i just kept wonderin what this girls butthole looke dlike cause amy brooke has the best in the world. i cant get over how close a resemblance in every way this girl was, i cant even put into words. omg
