Thanks everyone.
I have no desire to live long enough to see 100, and I feel like most people at that age are tired of living and honestly just don't give a **** anymore, anyways. There's just no quality of life. |

I'm seeing DIIV, No Joy, and Sunflower Bean tonight. Don't really feel like going. It's been a long weekend and I start my second job tomorrow on top of working my first one. Could use the sleep. It's also all the f*ck way downtown. Why the hell are all the music venues in New York City far as f*ck away from me. The A train is also experiencing delays tonight. Bleh.

I canned the show. Bridge traffic was at standstill and the A is still running delays. Made a decision to get some sleep tonight and get work done before I start my second job at Barnes and Noble tomorrow night. Bummed, but I think I made the right decision. I wouldn't have missed half the show.

Yesterday, I went to a send-off party for my ex-GF's sisters adopted son, who is going into the Marines. I wore my U.S. Army hat proudly, and kept telling him "Go Army!" just to rib him a bit. They even had a greeting card station, where you write a little something on a card, sign it, and put it into a pile where Zach (the new Marine) would get them steadily (a few cards per week) as his tour of duty progressed through several months. You can probably guess what I wrote.
Real life trolling... it happens everywhere. Even in the military. |
