15-20 to start off, but that's just for the period of me proving myself. The owner/my boss has a set plan for exactly what he wants, and it's really nice to work for a company where the person I'm working for knows exactly how he wants to do things. Even at 30 hours a week, I'll be making more than I did in the 3 years that I was working at Value Village. Plus, it's literally less than 15 minutes away from where I live. I'll get more hours pretty quickly once he sees that I'm dead serious about this job, which I am.

All in all, a great scenario.

Oh yeah, I still have one from when I worked in trucks at my old job. I'll definitely be using it. And thanks! I hear UPS is a really good company to work for so I'm very excited.

Yeah, it took me by surprise when he said 11/hr. I was like "hell yeah!" Won't find that as a starting wage in many places.
