I've known a couple people with this problem who discovered that they felt a bit better after watching indie porn, (as opposed to the hyper-aggressive mechanical thrusting sort with a bunch of skinny over-tanned people who seem to always be grimacing in pain) for whatever reason. Maybe in part because it tends to be a bit more realistic, so I've heard, and doesn't desensitize you as much. Garden-variety straight porn is terrible and dreadfully boring.

You could always switch to erotica..? Or photos rather than videos and gradually wean yourself off from there?
