Fuuuuck nature is scary, I remember seeing my kitten snatched by an owl while we were out frolicking in the grass when I was like 7 or 8, and then I found the body. :( I've never gotten over it though I did successfully repress the memory until we dissected owl pellets in middle school. :(

Dude, time shares? You’ve presented yourself as a serious opponent to capitalism. I realize it’s common for young people to get swept up in an ideaology and then have no stomach for the fight but you’ve been putting capitalism on blast in every political discussion so yeah there’s an issue of purity. If you hadn’t written so much on the evils of capitalism and the merits of your version of anarchism it would be one thing. But you go from all that to ****ing hawking time shares? It’s a loss in the freedom department to lose someone like you. It’s ****ing sad.

I was reading a bit on Wikipedia, trying to understand what's so sinister about timeshares. Under the criticism section, there were a few things, but nothing that seemed too bad.

This part sounded the worst to me:

"However, the biggest complaint of all is the fact that timeshare reselling by the private owner is almost impossible to do.[25] In most cases, an owner looking to sell literally cannot give the timeshare away. Timeshare resale companies have sprung up that actually charge the owner to assume his/her timeshare ownership, using the excuse that the resale company must assume the maintenance fees along with marketing fees, until that burden can be transferred to a new buyer."
