Ellipticals are fun! But I prefer running outside. Much more fun, fresh air, and it's free. And if I joined a gym, I probably would have an excuse why I couldn't go. With running outdoors, there really is no good excuse for me not to.

The longest forwards I have run is a half Mara I did last month (21k). And which I quietly threw up after since I drank way too little water.

I am currently training for a 10k and a fun run called Tjurruset since its coming to my area and I always wanted to do it : https://youtu.be/-HSKcWDpx1w

Just fun training for different runs. Makes you feel like a pro

I would think winter would be a pretty good excuse in your part of the world.

I thought most of those are hybrids and they got ****ed up backs cause of the engine or something.

Rain's killing my day off. Also was out of coffee, weed, and money this morning. Still feeling overwhelmed, so I'm taking a personal day to myself, droning and playing Skyrim and listening to music and audiobooks in the Steam browser. Meh. For as much as I love being in a professionally touring band, I really gotta get out of it again. Clinical Depression is kind of kicking my ass, so I feel nothing right now. Which is both good and bad at the same time for different reasons. It's good because my life really ****ing sucks, it's bad because I've been like this for about a month.

Have you spoken to a doctor about how you feel?

Not in fifteen years. The last time I did, I was put on Zoloft, and accidentally given the maximum adult dosage when I was a teenager. Which ****ed up my memory, and also made it difficult for me to be artistically expressive. I'm considering going back to see a doctor, I just need to be able to afford it.
