Went running. Beautiful weather here, sunny and warm with a slight breeze. Saw a longbow club target shooting in the forest (Honestly never seen a longbow club, I am so used to see high-powered hunting bows). It actually looked like a fun thing to do.

I also tried running backwards. I had a History teacher back in school who used to swear that it is a great thing to do to build up muscle. But it is hard as heck and you have to really watch out for bikers.

You can recreate that much more safely on an elliptical.
