I've had shroom trips where everything got too crazy and intense to handle because of disorientation and overstimulation, but it's always had a fun and playful energy to it. I've met evil incarnate on acid.

For me that can be a menacing or even panic inducing point of focus.

I think what Frownland said about letting go and flowing with it is a more on point strategy, for me.
