I don't think I've ever heard of any civilization in history that ate one meal a day. If you've found a weird life hack eating method that also just so happens to give you mood swings then perhaps you should put down the Men's Health magazine and stop counting calories like a Cosmo woman. Why do you even care this much? Eating. Disorder.

And there's no possible way you enjoy being that hungry.
