i eat nothing all day and then drink half my calories at night and eat the rest right before i go to bed

Day 4 of hanging out at Linda's place. Had take out for both breakfast (Denny's) and dinner (Little Italy Bar and Grill). Turned Lin on to A Ghost Story (even better the second time).

Losing fat is really easy tbh.

It gets difficult when your body fat percentage is around 15%.

I'm way too tired to be alive right now. I only had one shiner, some wine, and two and half little Bud Light black cans and I feel totally wiped. Not even the bowl I had this morning is giving me a pick me up. I have to wait till 11 to leave too. This day's going to fucking blow.
