But I think driving sober is pretty much just as selfish.
Right now I’m carless but once I get a little scratch together I’ll buy another clunker. Driving is unethical drunk or sober but walking to work in this heat - fuuuuuck

DWI = you exceeded the legal blood alcohol level. BAD!

DUI = you're under the limit but obviously buzzed on booze. Not quite as BAD, but still BAD.

DUI is also used for drugs since we don't really have a legal blood drug level.
