prolly the most filling day i had in two weeks. drove on a highway i never drove, had to drive to new haven, then after there, to hartford. took like 3 hours of driving and then i went and hooped after that for an hour, then ran at another park on the way home like i been since there school is in summer. ran for like 20 minutes or so (9 laps). trimmed my beard up to a size 3 of the clippers. looks more fresh and less scruffy gotta look fresh for school coming up. found out i cant buy my books until the 27th

I'm the same way with colds/flu. My over-dramaticized death bed cries falling on eye rolling ears.

I currently have a sty in me eye. I'm thinking it's another manifestation of spider venom, since it's wreaked havoc on my well being for almost a month now. I could be mad at that little ****er for ruining my vacation, but it was only doing what spiders do. Much love to you little dude. Hope you're well and fat and happy with lots of insects tucked away for slurping at your leisure.

Went down and finished emptying out the RV and then cleaned it. Took two trips in a filled up Xterra to get all of my stuff to the new place. I'm so sore sore that Linda suggested I get a massage (never had a pro one before. ever.)

Found a place close by and got 30 minutes of deep tissue massage (****ing hurt like hell in some places) and then 30 minutes of plain massage.

Chick commented that my neck, shoulders, back, arms, and legs were so knotted up it was ridiculous. Gotta say it was a great experience. I think I'm going to go back again (just the plain massage) once I'm no longer super sore.

I get a two hour, full body thai oil massage every two weeks; 1) because it's right next to my apartment; 2) because it's dirt cheap (30USD tip included); 3) because massages are amazing.

It could last 3 hours and it would still be too short.

Not sure if they have long term health benefits but I figure since I got to the gym quite often as a minimum it's good to work any knots in my muscles, help that scar tissue heal etc.

Feeling really ****ty. My dad's cat has been gone for about 5 hours and hasn't come home yet. We've been looking around the neighborhood nonstop and can't find him. I'm hoping I wake up in the morning and he's back home. Luckily my cat is ok but I feel really bad for my dad. Been through this before. It sucks. I'm hoping for the best but the area we live in can make that difficult.
