Driving for a layup at my weekly basketball league and a dude chops hard at the ball (arguably a dirty play) and he’s way bigger than me and the contact makes my knee twist almost 90 degrees. Torn meniscus, gonna take two months to heal

i tore my meniscus in high school :/ it sucked. thats cool you play in a league too. but good luck with the knee
