Just got our first bad review on google. 2 out of 5 stars.

"very hipster, interesting concept but doesnt seem to do much business and didnt have anything I would make a drive over there to get. Seems like a specfic clientele type of place"

Here was my response.

"Hi Kaylee. I’m sorry you didn’t like our hipster book and record store. Wish you didn’t leave a two star review just because the store wasn’t for you. I don’t have a dog, but that doesn’t mean I’d leave the animal hospital a bad review because they can’t help me. We pride ourselves on customer service and affordable books and records and we’d like you to come back because I guarantee you’ll find something you’d like. Either way, thanks for visiting a brick and mortar store while they last."
