woke up extra early to go cut my parents grass. its just about an acre of land and im doing it all with a push mover. and my legs and arms are sore from working out so this cut grass experience wasnt that bad since it wasnt hot but i felt like i was on a hike going up hill for miles.

weighed myself there since im trying to slim down to 160-165 pounds, i was 179 yesterday, today i was 176

thats possibly 3 pounds of **** and water pissed out. i heard NFL players fluctuate 10-20 pounds sometimes daily but thats for guys like 300+ pounds lol

i do drink a fuc ton of water too, never thought about how much a gallon a water might weigh... damn just googled 8.3 pounds for a gallon of water ..

have a wonderful and blessed day banters

My dog pulled out of her harness and I dove down on the concrete to grab her before she ran off. I’m too ****ing old. I hurt my shoulder, my hip, and my knees. Not seriously hurt but just sore. Sometimes she starts pacing and circling looking for where she wants to ****. That’s what she was doing. She’s so old now that unexpected behavior is very rare.

Open to close shifts all week. Using this as an opportunity to finally try to kick the cig habit. Less time to go to stores to buy some etc. Really pushing for it this time. Gonna be a long week tho. Hope everyone has a good week.
